Can you really turn it around and become physically fit after 60 when you have a plethora of health issues?
I am 63 and have diabetes, high cholesterol, and high sugar. I have what my doctor refers to as the “Trifecta!” I also most likely need a hip replacement and have low back disc herniations and tears in my shoulders and knees. My family and friends want me to have surgeries, but I want to try to lose weight first, and resort to surgery as the last alternative. I know that I cannot physically do a full workout routine. My goal is to start exercising real slow and gradually build up my strength and consistency. I have starting tapping myself with a plan to share my journey with other like minded folks who really need to get better to enjoy a better quality of life.
I know it will not be easy. Nothing worthwhile is without struggles. I am tired and weak for now, but I will achieve my goals. I am not nor will I ever be a quitter.
I am new to setting up a blog, so I do not know how to really set up pages or my contacts.
